Yoga in High Park August 2nd: Breathe Yoga Studio July 28, 2015 12:14

When: Every Sunday June 28th - September 13th at 10:00am
Where: High Park, just west of the Bloor Street Entrance (next to the Chess House)
What to bring: Sunscreen, a mat or towel, water, an open mind

This week we have Adrienne from Breathe Yoga Studio leading a Yoga in High Park session.

With a background in gymnastics and power tumbling, Adrienne has always loved physical movement and high energy activities. Her first experience with yoga was practicing to a Rodney Yee videotape her friend’s mother lent her, 13 years ago. From there, she went on to try many styles of yoga until she discovered Ashtanga.
She completed her yoga teacher training at Breathe Studio and has attended retreats in Costa Rica, Northern Thailand and across Canada.
Adrienne teaches themed Vinyasa flow classes using Ashtanga asanas. Her goal is to challenge and inspire students to cultivate calm minds, healthy bodies and a sense of happiness and contentment through their yoga practice.
